Accenture PLC in Chennai is seeking a Banking Operations Analyst to analyze and resolve lower-complexity problems within Retail Banking Account Operations, including Payments. The role supports corporate banking workflows and performs account maintenance tasks.

You will engage with peers, follow moderate instructions, and may interact with clients occasionally. A graduation is required, 3–5 years of experience, and readiness for rotational shifts.

What would you do?

• Required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
• Required to possess well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
• The Corporate banking Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business
• Perform account maintenance services, account closure, deceased customer processing and US legal order processing.

• Flood and Hazard domain expertise

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management.
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.

• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
