Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Banking Advisory Senior Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate accounting. The role focuses on general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and close processes, with emphasis on accuracy, client interaction, and documentation.

Strong tool proficiency in MRI and ERP systems is expected. The position involves leading reconciliation efforts, preparing reports and decks for reviews, and guiding a team or working individually in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Post journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, Fixed asset reconciliation, variance analysis, preparing reports and supports in audits.
• Prepare Quarterly / Monthly / Weekly Business Review Deck.
• Manage knowledge of CRE accounting and lease administration is a plus.

What would you do?

• Post journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, Fixed asset reconciliation, variance analysis, preparing reports and supports in audits.
• Handle Client calls / emails and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Prepare Quarterly / Monthly / Weekly Business Review Deck.
• Prepare documentation/ procedures such as SOPs, Process Maps and Taxonomy.
• Manage a team of 10-12 people or would be an individual contributor
• Manage queries and clarifications from the Client
• Analyze complex deals and provide guidance to team members
• Perform Quality Check and provide feedback to team members.
• Create client value and showcase savings. What are we looking for?
• CRE (Commercial Real Estate) Accounting experience candidate
• Must Have Tool Skills - MRI and different excel templates provided by the Client
• Good to Have Tool Skills – Yardi / JDE / Oracle / Siterra / Smartsheet / Salesforce / Blackline
• Strong domain expertise
• Knowledge/experience in analyzing Lease Administration functions including interpretation of lease languages, CAM Reconciliations, CAM Audits, Tax Audits, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Should be able to prepare various reports and circulate to respective stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities:
