What would you do?

• The Corporate banking Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business
• Identify and assess, prevent and mitigate and account to provide reasonable measures to adapt before executing an agreement in relation to the real estate and immovable property.
• Valuation of commercial real estate using software like Argus, extracting key information from lease agreements (including amendments) and rent rolls.

• In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
