Job summary

ExxonMobil in Bengaluru seeks a Regulatory/Product Stewardship professional to support SDS and PDM database setup and liaise with Product Management, Compliance, and IT teams for accurate data management.

Candidates should have a chemistry-related degree with knowledge of global chemical regulations, strong English skills, and readiness to work in an office-based environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
• Experience with global chemical management regulations.
• Product stewardship or regulatory compliance experience.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and computer literacy.
• Willing to relocate to Bangalore/Bengaluru (office-based).
• 5–10% travel (domestic and international).

What You Will Do

• Support new products database setup for SDS, PDM .
• Interface with Product Management, Business Compliance, Systems owners and IT (Sphera, SAP & Salesforce and future PLM) for accurate and timely setup of SDS and PDM (new and updates)

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, chemical engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with global chemical management regulations
• Previous product stewardship or regulatory compliance experience
• Good command of English language (written and spoken) and computer literacy
• Product knowledge from chemicals/ Lubricants/Oil & Gas industries as well as product stewardship experience would be beneficial
• Ready to relocate to Bangalore/ Bengaluru (Morning shift) – Office based
• 5-10% travel (domestic and international)

• Stong knowledge for SDS and PDM
• Project Management Skill
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications / Excel advanced skills
• Working with 3rd parties
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into informed insights
• Good cross functional communication skills
