Job summary

Alligoric Management Solutions in Kerala is seeking a Bank Sales Manager to plan and set targets for the bank sales team in Trivandrum. You will drive targets through sales planning and branch liaison.

You will build and manage relationships with channel partners, maintain sales records and pricing, present proposals, and control expenses to meet budgets while coaching branch staff to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• Age not beyond 32 years.
• 2-3 years of bancassurance experience in Branch Banking preferred.
• Background in General Insurance Bancassurance sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for the designated partner through sales planning, training needs analysis, and branch liaison relations.

• Achieve targets for the designated partner / Tie - up through effective implementation of sales strategies by sales planning and training need analysis and maintaining relationship with branch officials
• Build & manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business
• Maintaining records of sales and pricings; creating and presenting proposals; and controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines, among others.
• Training, motivating and development of support team at Bank branch
• Establish new business by maintaining relationship, developing and maintain relationship with them to get the best possible outcome

Desired Candidate Profile :

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

Age should not be beyond 32 years

Preferring candidates with a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in bancassurance - Branch Banking, preferably with a background in General Insurance Bancassurance sales

Preferred industries include General insurance, Health insurance, and Broking (Willing to do Branch Banking)

CTC: Upto 4 Lakh/Annum + Incentives
