Job summary

Titan Company in Bengaluru designs premium handbags and accessories, driving seasonal direction through trend research and CMF storytelling to reinforce brand identity. You will design handbags and backpacks across categories, create detailed drawings and tech packs, and collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing to balance creativity with commercial feasibility and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of handbag/accessories design experience.
• Strong trend research, storytelling, and concept development.
• Experience in designing and executing seasonal collections.
• Proficiency in tech pack creation and design documentation.
• Solid understanding of materials, trims and bag construction.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial and manufacturing needs.
• Efficient team player with collaboration across functions.

Work Experience
