Ace Recruit is seeking a Backend Engineer for Distributed Systems to join client-facing, agile teams across India. You will design, build, and operate scalable services, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of hands-on experience with distributed systems, strong programming language expertise, and comfort moving across stacks and cloud platforms. This role focuses on collaboration with global teams and continuous delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive, diversified experience developing, maintaining and operating enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Expert level knowledge of programming languages and tooling; exposure to multiple languages is a plus.
• Willingness to move between languages and technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with test driven development and automated testing.

• Working with the client and the team to determine system requirements and how best to deliver them.
• Delivery of software using agile (pair programming, TDD, CI/CD, etc) practices.

Required Skills
