Job summary

INPRO is hiring a Backend Developer (Python + MongoDB) in Pune to build scalable server-side features. You will work with Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and MongoDB, designing robust schemas and RESTful interfaces.

The role requires strong API design skills, Git workflows, and the ability to integrate third-party APIs. Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Heroku) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (data modeling, queries, indexing).

• Willingness to learn basic DevOps (Docker, deployment on AWS/GCP/Heroku).

• Exposure to cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas and queries.
• Build and document RESTful APIs for frontend integration.
• Integrate third-party AI/ML APIs and services.
• Handle basic DevOps tasks (Docker setup, deployments, MongoDB Atlas, cloud hosting).
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of the backend.
• Collaborate with frontend and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
