The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in designing distributed applications, developing RESTful APIs, optimising system performance, and working with cloud‑native technologies. This role requires a developer who is passionate about writing clean, efficient code and building reliable backend services that support business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services primarily using Golang (70%).
• Develop and enhance backend components using Java (30%) where required.
• Work with C++ for performance‑critical modules and legacy system integrations.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Design scalable and fault‑tolerant distributed systems.
• Optimise application performance, memory usage, and response times.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product managers.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long‑term solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Requirements
