Job summary

HackedIn Solutions is seeking backend developers to join a small squad working on a real-time client platform. You will own services end to end — schema, API, deployment and the pager — with review and support rather than supervision.

Responsibilities include designing, building and operating backend services and APIs, proper data modeling, writing tests to prevent bugs, reviewing peers' PRs, and participating in incident response with honest postmortems.

Qualifications

• Strong programming ability in Node.js, Python, Java or Ruby.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Familiar with REST API design, authentication and authorisation.
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and code review.
