A medical device company in Rajkot, India is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with order processing, coordinate between departments, maintain customer databases, and prepare monthly sales reports. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, maintain relationships with clients, and support sales staff to achieve targets. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with order processing and customer follow-ups.
  • Coordinate between sales, clients, and internal departments.
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
  • Track sales targets and prepare reports.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with Order Department for stock availability.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with HR for sales staff joining formalities.
  • Prepare training calendar and participate in training programs.
  • Guide sales staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for management.
Job description
  1. Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
  2. Coordinate between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
  3. Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
  4. Track sales targets and prepare reports for the management.
  5. Process customer orders, verify details, and ensure timely delivery.
  6. Coordinate with Order Department team for stock availability and dispatch. Also handle invoicing, billing, and order tracking.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and order updates.
  8. Co ordinate with HR for Sales staff joining formality and also see sample kit and other related things reach to employees.
  9. Prepare Calendar for training and also participate in training programme.
  10. Solve queries of sales person if they have regarding sales policies.
    Co ordinate with HR at the time of exit formalities of employees also check sample kit and give data for F&F.
  11. Track Sales person daily visit place , do video call to see their working location and also see they are in professional attire as well also see they have sample kit with them at the time of field work.
  12. Guide Sales for achieve sales target.
  13. Verify Sales person expenses and submit to HR Department.
  14. Maintain positive relationships with clients, distributors, and vendors also Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
    Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  15. Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions, agreements, and correspondence.
  16. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    If number of orders are more than Help in order Department for order work or before and after work.
  17. Mail to sales team regarding their performance in month.
