Tekpillar in Surat seeks an experienced back-office professional to manage electronic fund transfers, verify gold loan disbursals, and prepare MIS reports on disbursals and outstanding balances.

The role requires advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS), data validation, and meticulous record-keeping. You will reconcile bank entries and coordinate with branches and banking partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a related field.
• 2-5 Years of Experience in back-office operations, banking, NBFC, gold loans.
• Advanced Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS.
• Data Validation, Conditional Formatting.
