We are seeking a seasoned .NET and Azure API Developer with DevOps expertise to join our dynamic team. The role involves collaborating with talented software developers to create new APIs and maintain existing ones within the Azure environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation: Develop and update detailed documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides to ensure clarity and usability for developers and end-users.
2. Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs: Utilize .NET and Azure technologies to create new APIs and enhance existing ones, ensuring they meet functional requirements and performance benchmarks.
3. Monitor and optimize API performance and reliability: Continuously assess API performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to ensure high reliability and efficiency.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Address and resolve issues related to API functionality and performance promptly to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience.
5. Ensure high code quality: Follow industry best practices, security guidelines, and compliance requirements to maintain high standards of code quality, ensuring APIs are secure, efficient, and maintainable.
6. Participate in code and design reviews: Engage in review sessions, offer constructive feedback, and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
7. Unit Test Framework: Create TDD for new functionalities with automated tests using frameworks like NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit.net, aiming for high code coverage.
8. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines: Set up and maintain pipelines for automated deployment, ensuring smooth updates.
9. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of latest developments in API development and DevOps to continually improve skills and processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MCA or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Proficient in Azure services such as Function Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, Managed Identity, and PaaS offerings.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM templates, Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High initiative and ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft DevOps Solutions).
