Job summary

SteerLean Consulting is seeking an experienced professional to lead the migration from BizTalk to Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Functions and Service Bus. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure functional parity post-migration and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of IT experience, strong BizTalk and Azure Integration Services skills, and a solid understanding of security

Qualifications

• 8+ years total IT experience.
• Min 3 or 4 years of working knowledge in BizTalk.
• 4+ years of strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Functions & Service Bus.
• Experience with integration patterns (sync, async, event-driven, batch).
• Exposure to DevOps practices for Azure (CI/CD, IaC).
• Document migration approach, architecture decisions, and runbooks.

Job Description – Azure Integration Services / BizTalk

Project Context

The project involves migration from BizTalk to Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years total IT experience
• Min 3 or 4 years of working knowledge in Biztalk
• 4+ years of strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, including:
• Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard)
• Azure API Management
• Azure Functions
• Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs
• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, security patterns (OAuth, Managed Identity).
• Experience with integration patterns (sync, async, event-driven, batch).
• Exposure to DevOps practices for Azure (CI/CD, IaC).
• Document migration approach, architecture decisions, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate functional parity post-migration.
• Experience in enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
