Integration Specialist - Azure Integration Services (AIS)

Integration Developer / Lead About the role Build and run the integration layer connecting digital banking channels to core banking and payments systems. Real-time, customer-facing journeys in a regulated environment, working directly with client technical teams. What you'll do Design and build integrations on the Boomi Enterprise Platform (AtomSphere) processes, maps, profiles, connectors, environments. Build and expose REST APIs and own their lifecycle: endpoint design, proxies, governance policies, versioning, monitoring. Integrate core banking (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, Mambu, FIS, Fiserv), payment hubs, cards, KYC/onboarding and CRM systems. Work with ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, SEPA, ACH, plus JSON, XML, flat file and database profiles. Implement secure patterns: OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, certificate management, PGP, SFTP, PII masking, audit logging. Build error handling, reconciliation, alerting and retry logic - including idempotency for payment flows. Deploy across environments using Git and CI/CD; monitor and tune Atoms, Molecules and Atom Clouds. Own integration design for a workstream and set the standards the team builds to. Run design and code reviews; mentor 2-6 developers. Estimate effort, support presales and RFP responses. Serve as technical point of contact for client stakeholders and production escalations. What you'll need Experience of 8+ years enterprise integration, 4+ hands‑on in Boomi. Proven integration delivery in banking or financial services — mandatory. Strong command of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JDBC, JMS, SFTP, and Groovy/JavaScript scripting in Boomi. Integration patterns: sync vs. async, batch, event-driven, pub/sub, API-led layering. Strong SQL and relational data modelling.

Experience: minimum 7+ years.

2+ years hands-on Azure Integration Services.

At least one ESB-to-Azure migration.

Certifications preferred: AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-900.
