Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata seeks a Senior Azure Integration Architect to define and drive the integration strategy. You will design end-to-end patterns (API-led, event-driven, batch) using Azure Integration Services and lead complex integrations end-to-end.

You will mentor a team of integration developers, enforce security and governance standards (OAuth2, Managed Identities, JWT), implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and collaborate with BAs and POs to translate

• Proven ability to lead architectural initiatives and drive integration strategy across teams.
• Mentor a team of integration developers and enforce coding standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architectural leadership: define and drive the integration roadmap and patterns.
• Solution design & development: lead implementations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid and APIM.
• Governance & standards: enforce security, error handling, logging and monitoring using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Technical mentorship: guide developers, review code and unblock roadblocks.
• DevOps & automation: promote CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and IaC (Bicep/Terraform).
• Stakeholder management: translate business requirements into technical specs with BA/PO collaboration.

Job description

• Core Azure Services: Expert-level knowledge of Azure Integration Services with hands on experience using .Net core
• Precise use of copilot for fast deliverables.
• Azure Functions (C#/.NET preferred)
• Protocols & Data Formats: Deep understanding of REST, GraphQL, SOAP, JSON, and XML/XSLT.
• Mapping with Liquid template, XSLT
• Security: Proficiency in securing integrations via OAuth2, Managed Identities, JWT, and Azure Key Vault.
• Hybrid Connectivity: Experience with Azure On-Premises Data Gateway and Hybrid Connections.
• Data Integration: Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for bulk data movement and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities*

• Architectural Leadership: Define and drive the integration strategy and roadmap. Design end-to-end integration patterns (API-led, Event-driven, Pub/Sub, and Batch).
• Solution Design & Development: Lead the implementation of complex integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management (APIM).
• Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for API security, error handling, logging, and monitoring (using Azure Monitor and Application Insights).
• Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of integration developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to resolve complex roadblocks.
• DevOps & Automation: Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform).
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business logic into technical specifications.
