Job summary

Socxo Pte. Limited is seeking an Azure Full Stack Tech Lead – AI & Cloud Engineering to drive hands-on development and architectural leadership across front-end, back-end, and data platforms in an enterprise context.

You will shape architectures, mentor a small team, and deliver secure, scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure (with AWS as needed), integrating AI-native designs and LLM workflows into production systems.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years as lead or senior engineer with hands-on full-stack experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, and microservices or modular monoliths.
• SQL Server and at least one NoSQL tech (MongoDB) with schema design.
• Azure services: App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, Azure SQL.
• DevOps workflows with CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise SDLC release.
• Current Tech Lead or Engineering Manager driving digital product initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of LLM concepts and integration into workflows.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot Pro for development tasks.
• AI-native and AI-refactoring approaches in .NET/Azure architectures.
• Familiarity with Semantic Kernel and Microsoft.Extensions.AI, Azure OpenAI.
• Azure Architecture certifications and cost management for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement architectures including RESTful APIs and data pipelines.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team; code reviews, test automation, DevOps practices.
• Manage Azure deployments (and AWS where needed) with CI/CD, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Embed security and compliance into design and implementation for governance.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to translate requirements into technical delivery plans.

Azure Full Stack Tech Lead – AI & Cloud Engineering

Socxo is a leader in promoting the concept of "advocacy marketing" in the USA, Europe, and India, with 50+ brands as customers. We're looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead who combines strong full‑stack engineering, architectural thinking, and AI‑native design capabilities within an enterprise environment. The role requires hands‑on engineering/coding, with responsibility for leading a small team, shaping architecture, and delivering secure, scalable, cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement application and integration architectures including RESTful APIs, MCP‑style integrations, and data pipelines aligned to enterprise standards.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team: drive coding standards, code reviews, test automation, and DevOps practices while remaining a strong individual contributor.
• Manage cloud deployments on Azure (and where needed AWS), including CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Embed application security and compliance into design and implementation, working with architecture and security teams to meet enterprise governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions and incremental delivery plans.

Mandatory skills

• 8–10 years of experience as a lead or senior engineer with hands‑on development across front‑end, backend, and databases.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, RESTful API design, and microservices or modular monolith patterns for enterprise systems.
• Database skills across SQL Server and at least one NoSQL technology – MongoDB or equivalent, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Usage of Azure services – App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, Azure SQL, NoSQL DB, messaging, monitoring.
• Experience with DevOps workflows using CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management in a structured enterprise SDLC.
• Current experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager, driving digital product initiatives.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts and how to interact with them programmatically within application workflows (chat, agents, RAG, tool calling).
• Hands‑on experience using GitHub Copilot Pro in VS Code or Visual Studio for feature development, test generation, refactoring, and lightweight documentation.
• Ability to design and implement AI‑native and AI‑refactoring approaches: where to embed LLMs, vector databases, orchestration layers, and guardrails in existing .NET/Azure architectures.
• Experience or familiarity with Semantic Kernel, Microsoft.Extensions.AI, and integrating Azure OpenAI or similar providers into production systems.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Exposure to AI solutions development and cost management across AI workloads.
