Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a hands‑on DevOps engineer responsible for stability, support, and continuous improvement of the LoanIQ platform. You will own run, maintenance, and ongoing delivery, and drive improvements across CI/CD pipelines, environments, and security.

You will mentor POD engineers and collaborate with application, DB, and vendor teams to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Azure operations experience.
• Experience supporting LoanIQ or similar enterprise banking systems.
• Experience running CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure and integrations.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish environment strategy (Dev, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod) and promotion model.
• Drive DevOps standards and best practices (automation, security, observability).
• Integrate LoanIQ with enterprise tooling (identity, monitoring, secrets management).
• Work closely with application, DB, and vendor teams to orchestrate initial setup.
• Ensure security, auditability, and compliance are embedded in all pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to POD engineers.
