Responsabilidades

• Developing and supporting data engineering workstreams for Azure Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines, transformation logic, and integration flows across analytics environments.
• Designing, testing, and tuning data models, warehouse structures, and processing jobs for reliable reporting.
• Translating client data needs into scalable technical solutions for ingestion, cleansing, validation, and delivery.
• Monitoring data quality and pipeline performance; troubleshooting and refining processing logic.
• Applying Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, and Snowflake tools to deliver data modernization solutions.
• Documenting technical design decisions and delivery status to support project coordination.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior team members.

As an Azure Databricks, IICS,AI - Senior Associate you will help deliver data engineering work that supports data modernization efforts across Azure Databricks, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, and AI‑enabled solutions within our Data & Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex workstreams, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to translate business needs into practical data solutions while growing your technical skills and personal brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to cloud‑based data pipelines, support solution delivery, interpret feedback, and work across multiple priorities in a client support environment that values learning, adaptability, and consistent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting data engineering workstreams for Azure Databricks, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, and cloud‑based data platforms
• Building and maintaining data pipelines, transformation logic, and integration flows across modern analytics environments
• Designing, testing, and tuning data models, warehouse structures, and processing jobs to support reliable reporting and analysis
• Translating client data needs into scalable technical solutions for ingestion, cleansing, validation, and delivery
• Monitoring data quality, pipeline performance, and troubleshooting activities to identify issues and refine processing logic
• Applying Microsoft Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and Snowflake tools to deliver modern data modernization solutions
• Documenting technical design decisions, dependencies, and delivery status to support project coordination and stakeholder visibility
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior team members through technical review and problem solving

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• Demonstrating hands‑on Azure Databricks and IICS delivery experience
• Leveraging Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake for pipelines
• Applying data modeling, data quality, and performance tuning methods
• Translating complex data engineering needs into client‑ready deliverables
• Mentoring junior team members while navigating project ambiguity
