Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an Azure Data Factory Developer to lead data integration and ETL initiatives across Pan-India engagements. You will design and implement data pipelines using ADF, Synapse, and Azure Integration Services, while building REST APIs with ASP.NET Core and ensuring code quality through unit and integration tests.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience, strong SQL/T-SQL skills, and familiarity with cloud data lake/warehouse concepts, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience in data integration and ETL development.
• Asp.net Core (Visual Studio 2022).
• Web API in asp.net core.
• Hands on experience on xunit test cases, Integration test cases.
• Azure techniques including Azure Service Bus, Key Vaults, Azure Functions, APIM.
• GitHub, Azure SonarScan, CheckmarxScan usage.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with SQL, T-SQL, and data modelling.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures and data lake/warehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and Git.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, flat files, databases (SQL Server, Oracle), and SaaS sources.
• Experience with monitoring and logging in Azure (Log Analytics, Azure Monitor).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related services.
• Implement ETL/ELT processes and ensure data quality and governanace.
• Build and consume Web APIs with ASP.NET Core for data access.
• Create and run unit/integration tests (xUnit) to validate data flows.
• Configure and monitor CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps; manage source control with Git.
• Leverage Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Integration Services for scalable pipelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare domain teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement security, authentication, and data protection using Azure services.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize data processing jobs.
• Document pipelines, data models, and deployment steps for operations.
