Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an Azure data engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions on Azure.

The ideal candidate will have 5–15 years of experience and will work closely with data analysts and data scientists to deliver data-driven analytics and reporting across Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse platforms.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration using Azure.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT processes with ADF, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Develop and optimize data lakes and data warehouses using ADLS, Synapse, and SQL.
• Create data transformation workflows with PySpark, Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliance with Azure practices.
• Monitor and optimize data solutions for performance, scalability, and cost.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to deliver analytics.
