Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Pune is looking for an Azure Data Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design and implement data architectures and pipelines.

You will work with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake, and you'll build streaming solutions with Azure Stream Analytics and Event Hubs.

This role requires hands-on skills in data modeling, migration, and Azure data services, with a focus on scalable, secure data platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience creating data models, data lineages and data flow diagrams.
• Experience migrating data using native Azure tools, third-party apps, or custom pipelines.
• Design and architect transactional and analytical data systems (MPP and transactional DBs).
• Expertise building data pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Python.
• Experience managing data platforms (Data Lakes/Warehouses) with Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake.
• Experience developing and managing Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks, SQL databases).
• Hands-on experience managing Azure storage (Blob Storage).
• Experience with performance tuning at the database and application level.
• Architect real-time data streaming solutions using Azure Stream Analytics and Event Hubs.
