Job summary

Navayuga Consultancy invites an Azure Cloud Senior Engineer & Architect to lead and shape a digital platform enabling product interoperability. The candidate will bring deep Azure expertise and hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, IaC, and Terraform/Bicep to drive platform vision.

The role requires 10+ years experience with 5+ in Azure, strong Kubernetes and DevOps capabilities, and leadership experience. Hyderabad-based, full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure with 5+ years designing and implementing Azure resources.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting, Terraform and Bicep (5+ years).
• 5+ years working with immutable infrastructure.
• Azure networking experience including vWAN Hub/Spoke, VNets, Application Gateway, WAF, Load Balancers, Private Endpoints, DNS, Azure Firewall.
• Identity and access management using Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Managed Identities, Service Principals, App Registrations, Enterprise Applications.
• 5+ years with Azure DevOps services, including self-hosted runners.
• 5+ years as a Kubernetes administrator, including troubleshooting and deployments.
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or similar leadership role leading a team of 4+ engineers.
• REST APIs and queues/topics (event technologies) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision and create a roadmap aligned with product goals.
• Oversee development, implementation and maintenance of the technology platform.
• Manage day-to-day platform operations including performance monitoring and access management.
• Own the platform backlog and communicate with products and stakeholders.
• Prioritize platform work based on product needs and release requirements.
• Own the platform release plan and communicate new features.
• Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
• Manage key stakeholders including developers and suppliers.
• Keep the platform simple to use for products and developers.
• Manage dependencies and blockers to improve delivery capabilities.
• Gather insights to understand product and developer needs.
• Define success metrics to measure platform outcomes.

Job Description

We are looking for an Azure Cloud Senior Engineer & Architect to lead and actively contribute to the development and operation of a digital platform that enables products to communicate with each other in a standard way. The ideal candidate has deep Azure expertise and strong hands‑on experience with advanced PowerShell scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the platform vision and a clear roadmap aligned with digital product ambitions.
• Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of the technology platform.
• Manage day‑to‑day platform operations, including performance monitoring, user account and access management, and platform stability.
• Own the platform backlog (build, edit, maintain) and communicate it clearly to products and stakeholders.
• Prioritize platform work based on product needs and release requirements.
• Own the digital platform release plan and set expectations for new features and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
• Manage key stakeholders, including developers and suppliers.
• Keep the platform efficient and simple to use for products and developers.
• Manage dependencies and blockers, and improve platform delivery capabilities.
• Gather insights to understand the needs of products and developers.
• Define success measures to track whether the platform achieves its desired outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
