Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a seasoned AI Architect to lead the conception, design, and proposal solutioning of next-generation intelligent solutions for COE. The role centers on enterprise-scale AI architecture, translating complex challenges into scalable AI deployments with emphasis on Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Agent Framework.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years hands-on AI experience.
• Experience in AI RFP/proposal responses across multiple tech stacks & POCs.
• Experience in AI solutioning across opensource stack and cloud including multiagent deployment.
• Azure AI experience (mandatory) incl. Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Agent Framework; AWS/GCP exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with domain-specific AI applications (BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead conception, design, and proposal solutioning of intelligent AI solutions for COE.
• Translate enterprise challenges into scalable AI solutions with architectural rigor.
• Own Azure AI services adoption and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Develop and present RFP responses andPOCs across multiple tech stacks.
• Drive multiagent deployment and associated AI/DL tooling knowledge.
• Collaborate on domain-specific AI applications and frameworks.

Job description

We are seeking a Seasoned AI Architect with strong expertise across AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI and enterprise-scale architecture design to lead the conception, design, and proposal solutioning of next-generation intelligent solutions for COE.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and business acumen to translate enterprise challenges into scalable AI solutions. Experience with AI services of Azure (Azure AI foundry) is mandatory.

Notice Period- Immediate to 30 days

JD-

• 10-16 years' experience (hands-on AI experience)
• Experienced in AI RFP/proposal responses across multiple tech stack & POCs
• Experienced in AI solutioning across opensource stack and cloud including multiagent deployment.
• Experienced in Azure AI experience (mandatory) incl. Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework (additional experience in AWS or GCP will be added advantage)
• Experienced in AIDLC incl. Claude, Kiro, Cursor etc.
• Good to have experience in SLM or Domain SLM including PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA etc.
• Good to have experience on Machine Learning in past (at least to a limited extent)
• Familiarity with domain-specific AI applications (BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare) is preferred.
