Job summary

Infosys Limited in Telangana, India is seeking an AWS + Terraform DevOps engineer with 3-5 years of experience to design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.

You will build IaC, configure CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS, ECS, Lambda), monitor with CloudWatch, and ensure security and cost efficiency while collaborating with dev, QA, and ops teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on with AWS and Terraform.
• Experience implementing IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design scalable, secure cloud infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning processes.
• Manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and Route 53.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar tools.
• Implement security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, and compliance controls.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application-related issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release management.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
