Job summary

Sciens Software Technologies in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on AWS cloud expertise. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure and automation using Python, Terraform, and CloudFormation.

You will manage AWS environments across development to production, implement IaC, monitor performance, handle incidents, and drive cost optimization while ensuring security and robust disaster

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
• Expertise in AWS services and Python automation.
• Experience with IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficient in monitoring, security, networking, and incident response.
• Ability to design, implement, maintain scalable, highly available systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational activities using Python.
• Manage AWS environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Monitor AWS infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity solutions.
• Configure and manage AWS networking, security, IAM, and access controls.
• Work with development and DevOps teams to support application deployments.
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python and Bash.
• Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.
