Job summary

Alight Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud and Generative AI Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable cloud solutions on AWS. The role requires hands-on work across a broad range of AWS services and Python programming.

You will build and integrate Generative AI solutions, including Bedrock, and design RAG pipelines, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of overall technology experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across multiple AWS services.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock.
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI and AI-based application development.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions.
• Understanding of foundation models, large language models, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience in cloud architecture, serverless applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of AWS security, monitoring, networking, and data services.
• Candidate must be willing to work from the Noida location.

• Develop secure cloud architectures using IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, Cognito, WAF, and Security Hub.
• Configure monitoring and logging using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config.
• Build and consume REST APIs and microservices.
• Optimize AWS solutions for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and cost.
• Work with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into cloud solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct solution reviews, and support engineering teams.
