Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Developer to design and build scalable .NET microservices. The role focuses on RESTful APIs, cloud deployments on AWS/Azure, and mentoring juniors. Strong CI/CD and DevOps practice is expected.

Location is Pune/Chennai with on-site work. You will collaborate with architects and analysts to deliver secure and scalable solutions while maintaining high performance standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years hands-on .NET development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with SQL Server; exposure to NoSQL databases helpful.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git) and Agile methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework and Microservices Architecture.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Develop cloud-native applications on AWS and/or Azure platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring junior developers.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates).
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
