Job summary

Yantran is seeking an AWS Data Engineer to design and develop cloud-based data pipelines and data platforms in Chennai. The role emphasizes hands-on work with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift and EMR to build scalable data solutions.

The successful candidate will develop ETL/ELT processes, construct data lakes and data warehouses, and implement data quality and monitoring across the landscape. Proficiency in Python, SQL and Spark/PySpark is essential for delivering high‑quality data

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for data processing and analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for data warehousing and querying.
• Experience with Spark or PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR).
• Experience in designing data pipelines, data lakes, and ETL/ELT processes.
