Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an AWS Data & AI Platform Engineer to join the Hyderabad team in India. You will design and operate cloud-based AI platforms on AWS, integrating Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and secure networking to deliver scalable AI services.

You will work with data services (S3, DynamoDB) and CI/CD practices, ensuring compliance with financial services standards while collaborating with security and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building cloud platforms on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, and networking.
• Strong Python development for APIs, AI services, or automation.
• Experience designing secure, highly available, and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with regulated financial services environments.

• Integrate data services (S3, DynamoDB, messaging/streaming) to support AI pipelines and RAG-style architectures.
• Establish CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational controls aligned to enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Partner with security, architecture, and risk teams to ensure compliance with financial services requirements.

We are currently seeking a AWS Data & AI Platform Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support AI platforms on AWS using Amazon Bedrock for generative AI and model integration
• Develop and operate containerized AI services on Amazon EKS, supporting Python‑based inference and orchestration workloads
• Build serverless AI workflows using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and event‑driven architectures
• Implement secure cloud networking and access controls using VPC, IAM, private endpoints, and service networking
• Integrate data services (S3, DynamoDB, messaging/streaming) to support AI pipelines and RAG‑style architectures
• Establish CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational controls aligned to enterprise and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building cloud platforms on AWS

• Experience designing secure, highly available, and scalable systems
• Familiarity with regulated environments (financial services, banking, insurance, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI/ML or generative AI platforms in production
• Knowledge of data security, model governance, auditability, and access controls
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and production operations in enterprise environments
