Job summary

Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to build and operate a multi-account AWS Landing Zone.

You will work with AWS Governance services, including Control Tower, AFT, and Organizations, and implement Terraform-based provisioning using the Account Factory. Strong Python and AWS SDK/Boto skills are required, along with Gitlab Enterprise and JIRA/Confluence for documentation and version control.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience building or operating a multi-account AWS Landing Zone
• Experience with AWS Governance services including Control Tower & AFT
• Experience creating new AWS accounts and using AWS Organizations
• Proficient in Terraform IAC for AWS Cloud
• Strong experience with Python and AWS SDK/Boto
• Experience with Gitlab Enterprise and version control best practices
• Experience documenting designs and workflows in JIRA/Confluence
• Hands-on ability to design, test, and deploy landing zone constructs on Terraform-based foundation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain multi-account AWS Landing Zone configurations
• Leverage AWS Control Tower and Account Factory for Terraform for provisioning accounts
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform for AWS resources
• Work with Governance services (Control Tower, AFT, Organizations) to ensure policy adherence
• Document designs and workflows in JIRA/Confluence
• Collaborate with teams to deploy landing zone components across accounts

Role & responsibilities

• 7-9 years of experience in building or operating a multi account AWS Landing Zone working with the AWS Governance suite of services including:

• AWS Control Tower & AFT
• Creation of new AWS accounts process
• AWS Service Catalogue
• AWS Organizations

• 7-9 years of experience in Code development using AWS SDK/Boto and Python
• Highly proficient in writing Terraform IAC for AWS Cloud
• Strong working experience with Gitlab Enterprise and Version control best practices
• Experience in documenting designs, system & process workflows in JIRA / Confluence
• Strong hands‑on experience of Designing, testing, and deploying/implementing landing zone modular constructs for provisioning accounts according to defined policy and best practice. This should be implemented on a foundation based upon AWS Control Tower and Account Factory for Terraform.
