We are seeking a skilled AWS Chatbot Developer with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying chatbots using Amazon Lex and other AWS services.
As an AWS Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining chatbot solutions that meet our organization's needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex and other AWS services.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define chatbot use cases.
3. Customize chatbot interactions and responses to enhance user experience.
4. Integrate chatbots with backend systems and third-party APIs.
5. Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and machine learning models to improve chatbot performance.
6. Test and debug chatbot functionality to ensure reliability and accuracy.
7. Deploy chatbots to production environments and monitor performance.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for chatbot-related issues.
9. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in chatbot development and AWS services.
10. Document chatbot designs, configurations, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience developing chatbots using Amazon Lex.
• Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and IAM.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• AWS certification(s) related to chatbot development (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
