Job summary

Sonata Software in India seeks an AWS AI Lead to drive AI, ML and GenAI initiatives, coordinating squads of engineers and aligning technical outcomes with business goals.

You will translate complex business problems into AI backlogs, mentor engineers, and ensure robust evaluation, security and observability across Bedrock and SageMaker implementations in a hybrid setup with Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad offices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience in AI/ML projects.
• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and backlogs.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, and AI governance.

Role Summary

The AWS AI Lead will lead delivery of AI, ML and GenAI use cases by coordinating engineers, reviewing solution quality and aligning technical outcomes to business needs.

Qualification
