Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company, driving growth and ensuring financial stability. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, analysis, risk management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to managing the companys financial health and operational performance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This includes tracking cash flow, financial planning, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions. The CFO will oversee the finance department and work closely with the executive team to ensure the company meets its financial goals.

FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE

L&D

• Ensure the finance team receives ongoing training and professional development. (L&D)
• Develop and implement financial contingency plans to manage potential crises.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.
• Provide insights on competitive positioning and potential growth opportunities.
• Provide financial leadership during times of organizational change or economic uncertainty.

Risk Assessment
