Job summary

EliteRecruitments in Bangalore is seeking an AVP / Senior Manager for Insurance & Reinsurance Partnerships for a client in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities include building and managing insurer and reinsurer relationships, overseeing placement and capacity management, and driving portfolio, claim and account management with a capacity strategy and market development focus. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking, MGA, underwriting, or portfolio management roles.
• Experience managing insurer and/or reinsurer relationships.
• Exposure to treaty/facultative placement and/or reinsurance operations.
• Strong commercial judgment with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Existing market relationships are a plus, but not required.

Candidates from Reinsurance placement backgrounds(RI/composite brokers, insurers RI teams, etc)

Preferred Product Exposure

Specialty risks, surety, trade credit, financial lines, warranty & extended warranty, parametric insurance, property & casualty.
