Job summary

Jobaaj Com in Gurugram seeks a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years post-qualification experience to lead accounting, investor reporting, and compliance for fund entities. You will drive closings, NAV analysis, and investor MIS while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also manage cash flow projections, capital calls, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance including SEBI requirements. A forward-leaning stance toward AI and IT projects is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8+ years post-qualification experience.
• Conversant with IFRS, Companies Act 2013 and SEBI regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized, self-driven with fund management experience.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Accounting & Investor Reporting
  • Review of accounting for Fund entities
  • Monthly and annual closings and MIS
  • Closing audits with focus on accuracy and timeliness (including PPM audits, internal audits)
  • Managing documentation and relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Calculating management fee, carried interest and distributor fee
  • Preparing investor MIS, analysing NAV movements and projecting investor returns
• 2. Finance & Cash Operations
  • Cashflow projections on monthly basis and keeping track of funding requirements
  • Capital call and distribution planning
  • Managing and maintaining all banking related relationships
  • Managing vendor payments
• 3. Regulatory, Tax & Compliance
  • Review of tax workings by consultants
  • Compliance with SEBI regulations around AIFs
  • Review of KYC/AML done by administrators
  • Managing secretarial obligations (review of work done by administrator)
• 4. Technology & Use of AI
  • Should be open to implement AI and new IT projects

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8+Years of Post qualification experience.
