Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited in Mumbai invites an AVP Employee Engagement to strengthen colleague engagement through timely internal communications, recognition programmes and staff events.

You will manage end-to-end rewards and collateral delivery, publish stories and quizzes, support major network calls, and coordinate with Business Heads, INM Communications and vendors to drive participation while staying aligned to Group guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Drive employee engagement across the Branch Network through structured R&R programmes and high participation staff initiatives.
  • Create and publish internal communications: prepare and release ePosters, Propel and Customer Wow stories, campaign announcements, trivia/quiz communications, and other approved Branch Network updates.
  • Manage end-to-end rewards fulfilmentwithin agreed timelines, including certificates, trophies, lanyard pins, ePosters and physical posters; ensure winners are informed promptly and clearly.
  • Plan and execute engagement events (including festival celebrations and need-based staff events), coordinating logistics and stakeholder inputs to maximize participation.
  • Provide logistics and coordination support for key Branch Network forums/calls (e.g., HoIWPB Network call), ensuring smooth set-up, invites, content readiness and follow‑through actions.
  • Stakeholder and vendor management: build strong partnerships with Business Heads, support functions and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality output and adherence to procurement/GPU processes.
  • Own key communication channel mailboxes, ensuring timely responses, correct routing and consistent messaging.
  • Governance ownership for Gifts & Entertainment and ABC for the Branch Network: drive awareness and communications, support control checks/attestations, maintain appropriate records, and elevate exceptions through the right channels.
  • Ensure content governance, compliance and support audit readinessby maintaining documentation, controls and evidence to achieve satisfactory audit outcomes.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the India IWPB Branch Network Central Team.

Job Introduction

AVP Employee Engagement is a Mumbai-based work-from-office role in the India IWPB Branch Network Central Team, focused on strengthening colleague engagement through timely internal communications, recognition programmes and staff events. You will manage end-to-end delivery of rewards and collateral (ePosters, certificates, pins, posters), publish key stories and quizzes, support major network calls, and coordinate with Business Heads, INM Communications and vendors to drive participation while staying aligned to Group guidelines.

In addition, you will have governance for the Branch Network on Gifts & Entertainment and Anti-Bribery & Corruption, ensuring the right awareness, controls and reporting are in place in line with HSBC standards.

Principal Responsibilities
