Barclays PBWM India FO Extn is seeking an AVP to lead data and analytics initiatives, translating large data sets into actionable insights and influencing senior stakeholders across global teams.

The role focuses on building data pipelines, dashboards, and MIS to support decision making with speed and accuracy, while handling confidential information and aligning with the bank’s governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification, documenting data sources, methodologies, and quality findings with recommendations for improvement.
• Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to large datasets to uncover trends and correlations, develop validated logical data models, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations that drive operational and process improvements, leveraging machine learning/AI.
• Through data-driven analysis, translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations, identifying opportunities for operational and process improvements.
• Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports using applicable tools and automate reporting processes for regular and ad-hoc stakeholder needs.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success role To support Private Bank & Wealth Management business with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting through technical expertise. Monitoring the business KPIs, reporting metrices to ensure that they are timely reported to senior leadership.Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in the processes.Development and implementation of data insights, MIS, intelligence, development of reports and presentations on performance and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.

This role will be based out of DLF Downtown, Gurugram.
