Job summary

You will conduct security assessments and penetration testing on automotive ECUs, perform vulnerability analysis, and ensure compliance with global cybersecurity standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics or a related field and strong expertise in embedded systems and automotive security testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive security testing, penetration testing, or embedded cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of in-vehicle communication protocols and attack surfaces.

Automotive Cyber Security Testing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Cyber Security Testing Engineer with strong expertise in embedded systems, security validations, and compliance with global automotive cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing for automotive ECUs and connected vehicle components.
• Perform vulnerability analysis, fuzz testing, and exploit validation across in-vehicle networks.
• Execute cybersecurity testing on interfaces such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Support compliance activities for ISO 21434, UNR 155, AIS 189, and CSMS requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to report findings and support mitigation strategies.
• Test and evaluate infotainment systems and connected services for potential security risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• Experience in automotive security testing, penetration testing, or embedded cybersecurity.
