Job summary

ExxonMobil India Careers is seeking an experienced IT professional specializing in automation platforms, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. The role focuses on operating UiPath and ABBYY FlexiCapture, designing secure AWS/Azure environments using IaC, and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

The ideal candidate will script (PowerShell, SQL, C#) to automate processes, monitor systems with DataDog, and build Power BI dashboards for insights while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 5–10 years hands-on experience with UiPath, ABBYY FlexiCapture and intelligent document processing.
• Knowledge of Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure; IaC (Terraform preferred); Windows Server.
• Solid GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices background.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, and C#; experience with RPA function apps/webhooks.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile practices; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate ABBYY FlexiCapture and UiPath platforms ensuring reliability and performance.
• Design and manage AWS/Azure environments using IaC; coordinate with MSPs.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; automate tasks via scripting.
• Monitor health and troubleshoot; collect and analyze performance metrics with DataDog.
• Maintain internal docs and validate MSP activities; ensure change-management compliance.
• Provide product/service consultation to customers.
• Build dashboards and reports with Power BI for operational insights.
• Develop and maintain RPA solutions and IDP workflows; document handling (nice to have).

What Role You Will Play In Our Team

Experienced IT professional specializing in automation platforms, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. Skilled in operating and maintaining UiPath and ABBYY FlexiCapture, designing secure AWS/Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code, and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. Adept at scripting (PowerShell, SQL, C#) to automate processes and improve efficiency. Strong background in system monitoring (DataDog) and analytics (Power BI) for performance optimization and operational insights. Proven ability to ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

What You Will Do

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer science or related courses
• Demonstrated record of 5-10 years of hands‑on experience on advanced level UiPath, ABBYY FlexiCapture, Intelligent Document Processing.
• Knowledge on Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), Windows server
• Solid GitHub Actions, CI/CD practices background
• Strong experience with PowerShell, SQL Query, C# (RPA Function App Webhook)
• Experience with the scrum and agile practices
• Analytical Thinking & Problem‑Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Exposure to Agile scrum methodologies
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Spotfire (in order of preference)
• Any prior working experience in a Oil & Gas sector, Hands‑on Experience with major third‑party geoscience applications, including Petrel and RokDoc
