Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong Python and Playwright expertise to design, build, and maintain robust automated testing solutions for web applications. You will focus on developing scalable automation frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable high-quality releases.

The role requires hands-on testing, attention to detail, and a drive to continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency through smoke, regression, integration, and E2E

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Playwright
• Develop and enhance scalable test automation frameworks
• Integrate and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution
• Support smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing
• Continuously improve automation processes, frameworks, and test coverage

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python
