Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata is seeking an automation engineer specialized in Playwright with TypeScript to design, implement, and maintain robust web UI tests. The role requires hands-on Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node-based project experience, plus collaboration with JIRA and Azure DevOps in a fast-paced environment.

You will generate HTML/Cucumber/Allure reports, and work with plugins for authentication and encryption while helping improve test coverage and reliability

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Good understanding of Node-based projects.
• Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to authentication and encryption plugins.
• Knowledge of HTML/Cucumber/Allure reporting.
