We are looking for an Automation & AI Agentic Engineer / Intelligent Automation Developer to design, develop, and support a hybrid automation portfolio combining traditional RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and next-generation AI Agentic Automation
The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with UiPath OR Automation Anywhere, along with Microsoft Power Automate, and exposure to AI Agents / Agentic Automation / Copilot Studio.
The candidate should be able to evaluate business processes and determine whether the right solution is a rule‑based RPA bot, low‑code automation flow, AI agent, or a hybrid approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop RPA workflows following development standards, reusable component practices, and automation best practices.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents using UiPath Agentic Automation or comparable agentic AI orchestration capabilities.
- Develop goal‑driven, autonomous or semi‑autonomous workflows involving AI agents, agent-to-agent communication, and human‑in‑the‑loop processes.
- Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio to build or integrate AI‑powered automation solutions.
- Use GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants to accelerate development, code review, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Assess automation requirements and recommend the appropriate approach:
- Deterministic RPA bot
- Power Platform / low‑code workflow
- AI Agent
- Hybrid automation solution
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs, databases, message queues, and connectors.
- Implement secure credential and secrets management using appropriate vault and least‑privilege practices.
- Implement AI capabilities such as:
- Document processing / IDP
- LLM‑based reasoning
- Prompt engineering
- Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Knowledge‑grounded AI agents
- Implement appropriate exception handling, logging, observability, security, human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints, and responsible AI practices.
- Participate in solution design reviews, PDD/SDD preparation, UAT, hypercare, and production support.
- Troubleshoot incidents and production issues across both traditional RPA and AI‑agent‑based solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation covering automation logic, agent decision‑making, guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and rollback procedures.
- Collaborate with Solution Leads and Architects on scalability, CI/CD integration, and automation standards.
- Mentor junior developers on RPA and agentic automation practices.
- Stay updated with new capabilities and releases across UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and GitHub Copilot.
Required Skills & Qualifications
RPA Mandatory
- 3+ years of hands‑on RPA development experience with UiPath OR Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and development.
- Experience with exception handling and reusable automation components.
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and/or Automation Anywhere Control Room.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions.
Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with Cloud Flows and/or Desktop Flows.
- Familiarity with:
- Power Apps
- Dataverse
- Connectors
- API‑based integrations
AI / Agentic Automation
- Hands‑on exposure to UiPath Agentic Automation or comparable AI‑agent orchestration capabilities.
