Weekday AI (YC W21) in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, Gujarat, India, is seeking a tax professional with 3+ years of Australian tax experience to support our Australian client engagements.

You will prepare and review Australian Individual & Business Tax Returns, handle BAS, GST and IAS filings, and work with senior accountants and Australian CPAs to ensure compliance with Australian taxation laws and timely delivery of high‑quality work.

Formación

• Australian tax experience and knowledge of Division 7A.
• Experience handling Australian client tax engagements is preferred.
• Familiarity with BAS, GST, IAS filing is advantageous.

Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8 - 15 LPA)

Min Experience: 3+ years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, Mumbai
JobType: full-time

• Prepare and review Australian Individual & Business Tax Returns
• Handle BAS, GST and IAS preparation and lodgement
• Work on tax returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts & Partnerships
• Prepare financial statements and assist with accounts finalization
• Perform tax reconciliations and identify tax adjustments
• Ensure compliance with Australian Taxation Laws and ATO requirements
• Communicate with Australian clients and resolve accounting/tax queries
• Work closely with senior accountants and Australian CPAs
• Maintain high-quality work with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
