Job summary

Auzin Advisory Private Limited is seeking a qualified Auditor to join our Audit team onsite at our Nadiad office. You will work on diverse external audit assignments for Australian clients, following ASA and Australian auditing practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on audit experience with strong financial reporting knowledge and familiarity with ASA, ASIC requirements, and ATO considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of audit experience, preferably with exposure to Australian clients or international standards.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards (ASA) and financial reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in audit and accounting software (e.g., CaseWare, Xero, MYOB, APS).
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills to work with onshore teams.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support end-to-end external audit engagements in accordance with ASA and Australian regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, substantive testing, and analytical reviews of financial statements.
• Review internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare high-quality audit workpapers and ensure proper documentation of findings.
• Communicate and coordinate with onshore audit managers and partners regarding audit progress and issues.
• Assist in finalisation of audit files and preparation of client deliverables.
• Guide and support junior team members during engagements.
• Use auditing software such as CaseWare, APS, MYOB, and Xero to perform and document audit procedures.
• Stay current with Australian financial reporting standards, ASIC requirements, and ATO audit considerations.
