Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of accounting and taxation experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns).
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments and return filing.
• Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis as required.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
