Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Audit Associate 2 to support audit procedures, gather information, and contribute to evaluating financial statements and internal controls. You’ll work in our fast-paced Audit and Assurance team, learning across geographies and clients while developing professional judgement.

You will focus on learning, adapting to client situations, building commercial awareness, and delivering dependable support to engagements with guidance from senior staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field with good academic record.
• 2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in a reputed organization with a proven track record of career growth and stability.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Beginner skills in resource deployment/workforce management domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing demand and capacity: Review staffing requests and assign professionals based on client needs, scope, skills, prior experience, and availability while supporting effective project staffing.
• Ensure compliance, schedule accuracy, and conflict resolution: Follow process and quality guidelines, perform compliance checks, maintain accurate bookings in scheduling tools, and resolve overbookings or staffing conflicts.
• Optimize utilization and performance reporting: Minimize staffing gaps and non-billable time, manage unplanned demands, optimize resources during busy periods, and publish KPI reports/dashboards to track business, operational, and people metrics.
