Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills for report entry and system updates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hearing evaluations and interpret audiological test results for patients.
  • Counsel patients and caregivers on hearing loss management and device options.
  • Program, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids; provide trials and demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with ENT doctors, clinic staff, and customer support; maintain records.
  • Ensure hygiene, calibration, and proper functioning of audiology equipment; participate in outreach activities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audiologist . The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnosing hearing loss, and recommending appropriate hearing aids or other auditory devices. The role involves fitting, adjusting, and maintaining hearing aids, as well as providing counseling and support to patients and their families. The Audiologist will also be expected to stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology and contribute to ongoing patient care and education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
  • Conduct hearing evaluations test
  • Interpret audiological test results and explain findings to patients clearly.
  • Identify type and degree of hearing loss and recommend suitable options.
Hearing Aid Services
  • Counsel patients and caregivers on hearing loss management.
  • Recommend, program, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids as per patient needs
  • Provide hearing aid trials and demonstrations
  • Handle troubleshooting, and follow-up adjustments.
Patient Counselling & Follow-Up
  • Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure patient satisfaction and optimal device performance
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Clinical & Operational Support
  • Coordinate with ENT doctors, clinic staff, and customer support team
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and company guideline
  • Maintain hygiene, calibration, and proper functioning of audiology equipment.
  • Participate in outreach camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities when required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP)
  • Registration with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) is mandatory

  • Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
