Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Risk Modeling Services Manager to lead AI-driven risk modeling within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will work with clients to tailor solutions, mentor teams, and ensure on‑time delivery that meets expectations.

You will apply expertise in Python and C++, oversee AI model development, and drive data infrastructure initiatives while collaborating across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI risk modeling or data engineering.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI risk modeling initiatives and manage complex data analyses.
• Guide teams in ML/DL model development and deployment.

As a Risk Modeling Services Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of AI‑driven risk modeling solutions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their decision‑making processes. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, confirming projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.

• Utilizing programming languages such as Python and C++ to develop and optimize AI solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematical Statistics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics
• At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning libraries
• Utilizing advanced data modeling and complex data analysis techniques
