Job summary

RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited seeks Assurance Associates to provide timely, high-quality client service for a range of companies across industries. You will build strong relationships with teams, understand client needs, GAAP/GAAS issues, and the RSM audit approach while adhering to high professional standards.

The role involves performing audit procedures, documenting work, and collaborating with U.S. audit teams to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in commerce/MBA.
• Fresher - 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients.

• They will develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand clients' businesses and challenges.
• Associate serve our clients by: Developing an understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues.
• Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and tools.
• Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.
• Identifying accounting and auditing issues; discussing with audit in-charge to solve issues that arise.
• Assisting engagement teams in preparation of audit reports, and management letters.
• Exercising professional skepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements.
• Ensuring that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm.
• Working collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. on a daily basis.

• Ensuring professional development through ongoing education.
• Participating in a range of projects and open to collaborating and working with multiple teams; demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work.

Required Qualifications
